6/20/92 Northeim (Waldbuhne)

Buried Alive
Bouncin'
Foam
Runaway Jim
It's Ice
Horn
Fishman on vacuum - Honeylove (Terrapin?)
Llama

Approx. running time: 45 min.

Highlights: The best vacuum solo I've ever seen Jon play!!! They
were also much more pumped and quite tight. Rockin' show!!! The
larger crowd was much more into them this time, too... all around
great show!

Sorry I didn't have the little '->' thingies, I forgot to note which
songs went straight into which...

Hope to see more Phishows here in Europe. Hope you all are having a
good summer back in the states!!! Take care! -Jack Carson

p.s. About 10 aphishanados from the staes were at both shows and
plan to see the rest... more later, I hope...

END OF JACK'S PIRATE TRANSMISSION

Too bad the sets are only 45 minutes or so, but at least they're
happening. Ok, it's alright for everyone to turn green with envy
now. Guess we'll just have to settle for shows with Santana...

AT SQUAW VALLEY!

Matt

Hi everyone! I just go back in town and
have a lot of catching up and cleaning up
to do here at work, so it will be next week
before I post any more details. But here are
the set lists that I have. Nurnburg, Brussels
and London are missing.

At all of the shows Phish opened up for
the Violent Femmes. At Northeim Lou Reed
was headlining after the Femmes. Phish played
from 45 to 50 minutes each night.

This is except for the Raskilde Festival which
was a 4 day music festival with 4 stages going
all the time. Phish played on the last day
on one of the smaller stages.

The crowd was generally pleased, but not very excited.
Best crowd response I saw was in Paris, but they
tell me that they were loved to death in Denmark!

Northeim, Germany, 6/20/92

really cool large outdoor amphitheater
used by hitler to address his top troops.
A shuttle bus from town drove to a spot
in the woods where we had to hike about 1/4 mile
into the woods to the top of the amphitheater.

The set was 45 minutes again and then the Violent
Femmes plays and then Lou Reed! Hot show!
